Angel Food Bakery opened it's doors October 21, 2015. It took careful planning and a whole lot of love before we became official.

LuMan Chew Bar is our "baby." The idea that there has to be a tastier and healthier way of snacking was created by the owner and CEO, Alice Latham.

LuMan Chew was birthed from a secret granola recipe that is loved by all. The love of LuMan Chew has exceeded our expectations, and it continues to grow.
